The Mission Made Co. was birthed from the belief that every single person was created to make an impact on this world and we believe Christ centered dental clinics providing wholistic care can make that impact.

After serving on many dental mission trips, Dr. Widdison and his wife Heather quickly realized TWO major things. First, they witnessed how the gift of dentistry can be used as a LARGE vessel to gather people in need and serve them on many levels. A wholistic, Christ centered service oriented dental clinic has the potential to change lives, not only for the physically hurting, but for the spiritually and emotionally lost. 

 

Second, they realized NO ONE was advocating for the dentists themselves or the staff working so hard to provide quality care. The working conditions, equipment quality, lodging conditions and overall experience for the people serving was very poor and although they knew they were making an impact... the overall experience was quite traumatic!

 

At The Mission Made Co. we have a two fold mission. First, reach, minister to and serve those in physical need and connect them to a local ministry that provides continual care, teaching and relationships to carry on past our time with them. 

 

Second, we believe mission participants (dentists and non medical) who are given the opportunity to serve others outside their own culture, across borders and in different socio-economic environments, experience things that lead to positive and transformative change within themselves and their circle of influence. 

 

It’s no secret that using our personal gifts and abilities to bless others and having the opportunity and space to use them in positive and impactful ways, catapults us into more joy, passion fueled alignment and true fulfillment. 

 

Our short-term spiritually immersive missions program is sure to make a positive lifelong imprint on this world and those we serve!
